OUR STORY

One day, Lucie, a native of France now living in Australia, had the idea of encouraging people in Melbourne to learn and speak French with native speakers. This inspired the creation of The French Workshop in February 2013!

Today, Lucie and her dedicated team offer people across Australia, regardless of age or skill level, the opportunity to learn French with experienced native French teachers.

 

At The French Workshop, we pride ourselves on using creative, modern, and engaging teaching methods. Our lessons and workshops give students in Australia the opportunity to speak authentic, contemporary French, just as it’s spoken in France today.

Since its opening, The French Workshop has helped over 3,000 students through private lessons, courses and workshops across Australia and we look forward to helping many more!

We’ve worked with a wide range of learners, from opera singers and fashion designers, to high school students preparing for VCE and IB French. We’ve supported travellers and families relocating to France, professionals in hospitality and even high school teachers through tailored workshops.
